We use it, but do we use it?
There used to be an axiom in the advertising business that “people buy what they use.” If a business owner reads the newspaper every day, he is more likely to advertise in print. If a business owner has a favorite radio station, she may call that station first to advertise. The theory being that our customers are just like us.
